At Hkay Oil And Perfume, we are committed to ensuring that you are satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of our products (perfumes, fragrances, etc.), we have a specific return policy in place. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
Return Eligibility
- Unopened Items: We accept returns on unopened and unused perfume bottles within 30 days of purchase. The item must be in its original, sealed packaging with all tags and labels attached.
- Opened Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened perfumes or fragrance products. We highly recommend carefully considering your purchase before opening the product.
Return Process
If your perfume is unopened and you wish to return it, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at support@hkayoilandperfume.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide you with return instructions.
- Return Authorization: You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to include with your return.
- Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the product.
- Return Timeframe: Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of receiving your order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately within 7 days of receiving the product. We will gladly provide a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping costs.
Please email us at support@hkayoilandperfume.com with photos of the damage or defect, along with your order number.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges due to the nature of the products. However, if you would like a different fragrance or product, you may return your unopened item (within 30 days) and place a new order.
Refunds
- Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it. If it meets our return policy conditions (unopened, unused), we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Refund Amount: Refunds will be issued for the full purchase price of the returned item, excluding shipping charges.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Opened or used perfumes.
- Specially marked sale or clearance items.
- Gift cards.
- Products purchased outside of our return window (30 days from purchase).
